Due to adverse weather conditions, floodwaters have entered the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) Main Building, forcing the CEA-SCOMELEC to temporarily pause the counting of votes for the CEA College-Wide Election, which concluded earlier today, November 7.
According to CEA Student Council Governor Romeo Joseph Navarro, rain began around 5:00 PM, causing the drainage to rise by 6:00 PM, and soon after, floodwaters started entering low-lying areas of the building, prompting election staff to secure ballots and equipment.
