Pampanga State University, through the Occupational Safety and Health Office (OSHO) and the Office of Student Welfare and Formation (OSWF), has enforced a “No Face Mask, No Entry” policy effective October 16 as part of preventive measures against the seasonal rise of Influenza-Like Illnesses (ILI).
Implemented under Memorandum No. 011 and aligned with the Department of Health (DOH) advisory, the policy will be strictly observed at all entry points of the university with the assistance of the Civil Security Unit to ensure compliance among students, employees, and visitors.
The OSWF also reminded individuals experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or headache to seek medical attention or stay home to help prevent further transmission.
