Pampanga StateU produces 301 new RSWs, nearly doubling previous record

Pampanga State University marked a milestone as 301 of its alumni passed the 2025 Social Worker Licensure Examination (SWLE) held on September 8 to 10 across various testing centers nationwide, almost twofold last year’s 169 passers.
According to the data released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 249 of the 396 Honorian examinees were first-time takers who garnered an 83.84% passing rate, while 52 repeaters recorded a 72.22% passing rate, raising the university’s overall performance to 81.57%.
This year’s result marks a significant leap from last year’s 69.83% passing rate, reflecting an increase of 11.74%.
Notably, the three-day examination witnessed a total of 7,334 out of 9,647 takers qualifying through the licensure exam, boosting the national rating to 76.02%.
