ERRATUM: It was originally reported in the news that two out of 30 first-time takes and 16 out of 116 repeaters passed. Upon receiving a concern, it has been verified that two out of 32 first-time takers and 16 out of 132 repeaters cut. The publication apologizes for the oversight in the total number of examinees.

Pampanga State University (PampangaStateU) produced 18 newly licensed civil engineers, earning a 10.98% passing rate in the November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) held on November 22–23.

Data from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) showed two of 32 first-time takers passed, translating to a 6.25% success rate.

Meanwhile, 16 of 132 repeaters made the cut, earning 12.12% and contributing to the university’s overall passing rate.

Nationally, 4,268 out of 14,043 examinees passed, yielding an overall passing rate of 30.39%.
