PampangaStateU warns public vs unauthorized solicitations

Pampanga State University (PampangaStateU) has warned the public against unauthorized solicitation and the unlawful use of the university’s name in a notice posted on its official Facebook page, Tuesday, October 21.

This follows after the university said certain individuals or groups have reportedly been using its name to collect money or donations.

The university clarified that no person or organization is authorized to solicit monetary contributions on its behalf without proper documentation and approval from university authorities.

“Please be advised that Pampanga State U does not authorize any person or organization to collect money or donations on its behalf without proper documentation and approval from University authorities,” the post read.

Moreover, PampangaStateU urged the public to refrain from engaging with unauthorized solicitations to immediately report any incident to the university’s Legal Affairs Unit for proper investigation and action.
