Ahead of the official opening of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) 2025, candidates for Mr. & Ms. CAASUC III showcase culture and artistry in the Talent Competition portion of the pageant today, November 22, at the Hon. Rafael L. Lazatin Memorial Audio-Visual Center, Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga.

Securing a spot among the Top 5 candidates for the Best in Talent award, Pampanga State University representatives Johannes Paolo D. Dellosa and Kryss Lerr Alexie B. Mercado captivate audiences, with Dellosa delivering an electrifying rendition of TJ Monterde’s Palagi and Mercado showcasing Pampanga’s culture through a festive blend of singing and dancing.

Notably, the coronation night will be held on November 25, 2025 at the Multipurpose Center of the host university.
