As the country braces for the impact of Typhoon Uwan, PAGASA has raised Wind Signal No. 1 over several areas, which may reach Signal No. 5 as the system intensifies.

Weather conditions are expected to worsen upon landfall on Sunday, November 9, affecting Luzon and Visayas area, including Central Luzon.

Therefore, as according to the DOST, emergency supply kit should be ready in case of adverse impact and must include the following essentials:

•Food (Non-perishable and easy-to-prepare)
